德育是其他学科教育的基础,也是实施素质教育的前提。德育能够锻造学生优秀的思想品质,使学生得到全面的、健康的成长。在多年的德育教育过程中,笔者发现,要想使小学生的德育工作收到良好的效果,教师就要注意从学生的日常行为进行引导,帮助学生形成良好的习惯,进而完成良好性格的养成。性格决定命运,学生的终身发展归根究底还是要靠日常行为中的德育渗透。本校对于德育工作非常重视,采取了积极的德育策略,使德育教学收到了实效。
Moral education is the basis of education in other disciplines, but also the premise of implementing quality education. Moral education can forge students’ excellent ideological quality and make students develop comprehensive and healthy growth. During many years of moral education, I found that in order to get good results of primary school students ’moral education, teachers should pay attention to guide students’ daily behaviors, help them to form good habits, and then complete the cultivation of good characters . Personality determines the fate of life-long development of students in the final analysis or rely on the daily activities of moral education infiltration. The school attaches great importance to moral education, has taken a positive moral education strategy, moral education has received practical results.
