随着人居环境问题与能源问题的产生,人们对住宅关注在不断发展,提出建设新的宜居住宅。宜居住宅是在满足人们基本的居住需求的基础上,提升住宅的居住品质,满足居住者生活、心理和社会等多层次的需求。本文重点探讨如何实现设计在建设宜居住宅中的作用,强调了宜居住宅设计中要遵循人性化设计、绿色设计以及适宜化设计理念,明确了宜居住宅设计实施的程序步骤,还提出了在宜居住宅设计中应该具备的八种意识。
With the emergence of human settlements and energy problems, people are paying more attention to residential developments and proposed to build new livable houses. Livable housing is to meet the basic needs of people living on the basis of improving the residential living quality to meet the living, psychological and social needs of occupants and other multi-level.
