飞行员空中晕厥及晕厥前状态常有发生,现报道1例因飞行前夜睡眠不佳所致的空中晕厥前状态。 患者,男性,35岁,轰-5驾驶员。飞行时间2500h。某日参加昼简飞行训练,午饭后再次起飞约12min后,出现短暂黑视,意识淡漠,反应迟钝,继之恶心呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物。飞机从1500m降至1100m,经领航员及通讯员引导和地面指挥于起飞20min后安全着陆。查体:面色苍白,精神欠佳,意识清楚,四肢乏力。脉搏144次/min,血压16.5/8.5kPa,血糖正常,心电图
