傅××,女,30岁。1992年7月10日诊。患者于两小时前因吃饭仓促,不慎将(?)义齿1枚连同结扎的钢丝(约1寸长)两根吞入肚内。吞咽瞬间自觉咽中刺痛,疑虑之际而食物已下咽矣,既而觉上腹隐痛,同时发现义齿失落。急往某医院钡餐透视,证实义齿和钢丝停留胃中,遂来我院中医科求治。见患者身体壮实,但精神紧张。乃嘱其用鲜韭菜(去根)60克,洗净切成5cm长,拌芝麻油50ml,嚼服;服后当腹泻,则用痰盂接粪便淘洗观察;如1
Fu X, female, 30 years old. July 10, 1992. The patient rushed into the stomach two hours earlier because of a hurry to eat, and inadvertently swallowed one (1) denture with the ligature (about 1 inch long). Swallowing instant consciously tingling in the throat, when the food has been swallowed under doubt, and both feel the abdominal pain, and found that the denture was lost. Urgent to go to a hospital for barium meal perspective, confirmed denture and wire stay in the stomach, then came to our hospital for treatment. See the patient sturdy, but nervous. It is made of fresh leeks (to the root) 60 grams, washed and cut into 5cm long, mixed with sesame oil 50ml, chewing; after serving as diarrhea, then scouring the feces to wash the observation;
