紫苏在东亚既是草药又是蔬菜。其精油成分化学类型可分为6种:紫苏醛(PA)型;香薷酮(EK)型;紫苏酮(PK)型;紫苏烯(PL)型;柠檬醛(C)型;苯丙烷(PP)型。已证实在一些基因控制下,可进行这些化学类型的精油成分的生物合成。大部分精油研究采用装备玻璃柱的气相色谱仪。本次采用毛细管气相色谱法及气相色谱-质谱法对蒸馏的紫苏精油的主要化学类型进行详细分析。
Perilla is both an herb and a vegetable in East Asia. Its chemical composition of essential oils can be divided into six types: perilla aldehyde (PA) type; cumulone (EK) type; perilla ketone (PK) type; perylene ene (PL) type; citral (C) type; benzene Propane (PP) type. It has been demonstrated that the biosynthesis of these chemical types of essential oil components can be performed under the control of some genes. Most of the essential oils were studied using a gas chromatograph equipped with a glass column. The major chemical types of distilled perilla essential oils were analyzed in detail by capillary gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
