蔡霞,中共中央党校党建教研部教授,博士;北京市党建研究会特邀研究员;国家教育部干部教育学院客座教授;中央政府驻香港特别行政区联络办公室人事部客座教授。1986年,开始从事党建研究与教学工作,主要研究方向是政党意识形态、执政党建设;多次参与国家科研项目。2000年,参与中组部全党党员队伍调研,负责党员先进性教育前期工作;2002—2003年,参与中宣部《“三个代表”重要思想学习纲要》编写;2004年,参与中央政策研究室重点课题研究,如“江泽民党建思想研究”等。发表个人专著5本,党建普及读物1本,参与和主持编写论著10多本,发表论文100多篇,其中专著《全球化与中国共产党人价值观》获全国优秀党建读物奖,有2篇文章获全国一等奖。其发表的多篇论文被各报纸、期刊、网站转载,其中“党内潜规则”、“60后”省部领导简析、继续解放思想、对群体事件的思考、推进党内民主等文章和观点在国内外产生很大影响。
Cai Xia, Professor and Ph.D., Party School of the CPC Central Committee and Party School; guest lecturer of Beijing Party Building Research Association; visiting professor of the State Department of Education of the Ministry of Education; visiting professor of the personnel department of the liaison office of the Central Government in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In 1986, began to engage in party building research and teaching, the main research direction is the ideology of the party, the ruling party; participated in many national scientific research projects. In 2000, he participated in the research work of the party members of the Central Organization Department and was in charge of the preparatory work for party members’ advanced education. In 2002-2003, he participated in the “Outline for the Study of the Important Thought” of the “Three Represents” of the Central Propaganda Department; in 2004, Policy Research Center key issues, such as “Jiang Zemin’s Party building thought ” and so on. He has published 5 monographs and 1 popular book for party building. He has participated in and presided over over 10 monographs and published more than 100 papers. Among them, his monograph Globalization and Values of Chinese Communists won the National Outstanding Party Building Award, and 2 articles were awarded National first prize. His published papers have been reprinted by various newspapers, periodicals and websites. Among them, “the unspoken rules of the party” and “after 60” analyze the leaders of the provincial and ministries, continue to emancipate their minds, think about group events, Democrats and other articles and opinions have a huge impact at home and abroad.
