根据信息技术在知识管理中的应用情况,把咨询公司的知识体系划分为三大类型,并研究这三大类知识之间的相互转换关系。分析咨询公司的知识管理业务特点,应用目前知识管理的主要技术,对这三大类知识提出优化管理策略,使其更有效发挥作用;并剖析国外5家著名咨询公司的知识管理实例,希望对我国咨询公司的知识管理运作提供借鉴。
According to the application of information technology in knowledge management, the consulting firm’s knowledge system is divided into three types, and the mutual conversion relationship between these three kinds of knowledge is studied. Analyze the characteristics of the consulting firm’s knowledge management business and apply the current main techniques of knowledge management to put forward the optimal management strategies for these three categories of knowledge so as to make it more effective. Also, it analyzes the knowledge management practices of five well-known consulting firms in foreign countries, China’s consulting firm’s knowledge management operation to provide reference.
