交通部科技司于1998—12—15在塘沽主持召开了“九五”部重点课题《高桩码头锈蚀破损面板残余承载力评估方法的研究》成果鉴定会,鉴定委员会一致认为:本研究成果不同于以往国内外常用的从锈蚀破损面积大小来衡量面板残余承载力的方法,而是根据力学分析的方法研究锈蚀破损面板中钢筋与砼的相互作用机理,提出了评估锈蚀破损面板残余承载力的程序及方法和一些新概念:a.明确了影响面板残余承载力的主要参数;b.提出了钢筋锈蚀承载力下降系数及其计算方法:c.提出了砼与钢筋之间粘结力下降系数及其计算方法;d.提出了评估断面强度富裕度系数及其计算原则;e.提出了锈蚀破损面板强度因子判据及安全性评估准则。以上新概念及计算方法,为锈蚀破损面板残余承载力评估开辟了新途径,将以往对锈蚀破损面板的评估进一步发展为科学的量化评估。

Proposed the coefficient of decline of the bond between the concrete and the rebar And its calculation method; d. Proposed to evaluate the cross-sectional strength of the richness coefficient and its calculation principles; e. Corrosion failure panel strength factor criteria and safety assessment criteria. The above new concepts and calculation methods have opened up new avenues for the assessment of the residual bearing capacity of corroded panels and further developed the past assessment of corroded panels to a scientifically quantitative assessment.
