内皮素(Endothelin,ET)是血管内皮细胞分泌的、作用最强的缩血管多肽。为探讨ET与其它血管活性物质的关系,本文在离体灌流的大鼠主动脉上,观察哇巴因、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、异丙肾上腺素(ISO)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(ANG Ⅱ)对ET释放的影响。
Endothelin (ET) is the most potent vasoconstrictive polypeptide secreted by vascular endothelial cells. To investigate the relationship between ET and other vasoactive substances, we observed the effects of ouabain, norepinephrine (NE), isoproterenol (ISO), angiotensin II (ANG Ⅱ) on ET release.
