少数民族大学生思想政治教育是高校德育工作的重要组成部分。少数民族学生思想政治教育具有其特殊性和必然性,少数民族学生思想素质教育成功与否关系到民族地区的稳定和社会的和谐发展。以滨州职业学院医疗学院少数民族学生管理为例,对高校少数民族大学生群体的特殊性进行了简要分析,并针对这些特殊情况提出了管理建议。
Ideological and Political Education for Minority College Students is an Important Component of Moral Education in Colleges and Universities. The ideological and political education of ethnic minority students has its particularity and inevitability. The success of ideological and moral education for ethnic minority students has a bearing on the stability of ethnic minority areas and the harmonious social development. Taking the management of minority students in Medical College of Binzhou Polytechnic as an example, this paper briefly analyzes the particularities of college students of minority nationalities in colleges and universities, and puts forward the management suggestions according to these special cases.
