自1975年以来,我们使用超声波治疗哺乳期乳腺炎379例,经观察其效果显著,报道如下 资料和方法 379例中21～30岁324例,31～40岁51例,41～50岁4例,病程5天之内189例,6～10天61例,11～15天32例,16～20天14例,21～30天34例,30天以上49例;发病部位:左侧164例,右侧182例,双侧33例。在进行理疗前有54各患者用过中药,均因无效转来我科,患者一经理疗,即先后停止药物治疗,采用单纯超声波治疗。
Since 1975, we use ultrasound treatment of 379 cases of breast-feeding mastitis, the effect was observed, the following data were reported: 379 cases of 324 cases of 21 to 30 years old, 31 to 40 years old in 51 cases, 41 to 50 years in 4 cases , 189 cases within 5 days, 61 cases from 6 to 10 days, 32 cases from 11 to 15 days, 14 cases from 16 to 20 days, 34 cases from 21 to 30 days and 49 cases over 30 days. The incidence site: 164 cases on the left side 182 on the right and 33 on both sides. Before treatment, 54 patients used traditional Chinese medicine, all due to invalid transfer to our department, the patient once the treatment, which has stopped drug treatment, the use of simple ultrasonic treatment.
