Describes the function and principle of a multi-channel TDM controller, introduces its key technical problems and solutions. The project has formed a product, which is a universal instrument for time-division multiplexed video processing equipment such as editing machines, subtitling machines, multi-picture processors and the like on multiple channels in a cable television station or a closed circuit television system.
