2005年8月23～24日,在风景 秀丽的沈阳五里河畔,伴着绿树、青 草、花香和鸟语,隆重举行了“第二 届中国城市森林论坛”。本届论坛由 关注森林活动组织委员会主办,国 家林业局、辽宁省人民政府和经济 日报社共同举办,沈阳市人民政府 承办。论坛以“加快城市森林建设, 努力构建和谐社会”为主题,分“市 长论坛”和“专家论坛”两部分,是 我国举办的高规格政府论坛,也是 我国生态建设处于“治理与破坏相 持”关键阶段的新形势下,推进各级 政府加强城市森林建设的重要活动。
August 23 ~ 24, 2005, in the scenic Shenyang Wuli River, accompanied by trees, grass, flowers and birds language, held a grand “Second China Urban Forest Forum.” This forum is sponsored by the Forest Concern Organizing Committee, co-hosted by the State Forestry Administration, Liaoning Provincial People’s Government and Economic Daily, and undertaken by Shenyang People’s Government. Under the theme of “speeding up the construction of urban forests and building a harmonious society”, the forum is divided into two sections: “Mayor Forum” and “Expert Forum.” It is a high-standard government forum held by our country and a “governance and vandalism” Under the new situation of the key phase, we will promote the important activities of all levels of government in strengthening urban forest construction.
