概述了深冷处理技术的发展过程、作用机理、研究内容。介绍近几年将深冷处理技术应用于高铬铸铁、44 0A铸造不锈钢、45碳素铸钢等铸造合金材料中的研究结果。试验表明 :深冷处理能使高铬铸铁、44 0A铸造不锈钢内部析出更为弥散、更为细小的合金碳化物 ,可以进一步使合金强化 ,但由于析出的强化相过于细小 ,在微切削型的滑动磨损过程中抵抗不了磨粒的切削作用 ,所以耐磨性提高不明显。深冷处理对 45碳素铸钢的性能影响不明显
The development process, mechanism and content of cryogenic treatment are summarized. In recent years, the application of cryogenic treatment technology in high chromium cast iron, 44 0A cast stainless steel, 45 carbon cast steel and other foundry alloy materials are presented.
