1.港口企业的产品营销策略 (1)提高核心产品的质量。以通过ISO9002质量体系认证为契机,提高为货主、船东服务的范围和档次;认真实施港口装卸作业工艺标准化,规范装卸作业操作,提高货运服务质量。 (2)加大信息网络化的建设力度是提高服务效率的重要手段。港口业务信息技术革新的焦点之一是EDI(电子数据交换)。 (3)口岸“一关三检”的工作效率直接影响到货源的流向。港口可以通过给口岸单位提供办公场所等方式,建立系统化的“口岸服务中心”。
