目的探讨高频超声在糖尿病视网膜病变合并白内障患者人工晶状体植入术前的临床应用价值。方法对2011年1月-2013年11月确诊的59例糖尿病视网膜病变患者(68只眼)进行术前超声检查,分析其声像图特征,为临床选择手术方式提供参考。结果非增殖性视网膜病变超声无特异性表现,行单纯人工晶状体植入术;增殖性视网膜病变超声表现多种多样,可表现为玻璃体出血、玻璃体后脱离、机化膜形成、牵拉性视网膜脱离等,行人工晶状体植入术联合激光光凝及玻璃体切割术。所有患者经术后随访效果良好。结论高频超声在糖尿病增殖性视网膜病变中具有特异性的声像图表现,可作为检眼镜和荧光素眼底血管造影的有效补充,为临床选择术式提供参考依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy with cataract and intraocular lens implantation. Methods 59 cases of diabetic retinopathy (68 eyes) diagnosed from January 2011 to November 2013 were examined with ultrasound before operation, and the features of sonography were analyzed to provide reference for clinical operation. Results Ultrasound non-proliferative retinopathy non-specific performance, the simple lens implantation; proliferative retinopathy ultrasound performance varied, can be manifested as vitreous hemorrhage, vitreous detachment, the formation of mechanized membrane, traction retinal detachment Intraocular lens implantation combined with laser photocoagulation and vitrectomy. All patients were followed up after a good effect. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound has specific sonographic findings in diabetic proliferative retinopathy, which can be used as an effective complement to ophthalmoscopy and fluorescein fundus angiography, providing a reference for clinical choice of surgery.
