Serine/threonine phosphatase calcineurin (CN) is a unique but confounding calcium/calmodulin-mediated enzyme,which is composed of a catalytic subunit A (CNA) and a regulatory subunit B (CNB).We cloned six transcripts for CNA named from NICNA-X1 to NICNA-X6,one CNB named NICNB1 and one CNB homologous gene NICNBH1 from Nilaparvata lugens.All of them are constitutively transcripted in various tissues and developmental stages.The primary structure of the six isoforms showed obvious differences in the length and composition of the amino acid sequence between the two binding domains of Ca2+/calmodulin (CaM) and CNB.Ca2+-binding EF-hand motifs were found in NICNB1 and NICNBH1.The specific gene silencing of NICNA,NICNB1 and NICNBH1 respectively by RNAi resulted in drastical reduction in survival rate,female weight,eclosion rate and fecundity of N.lugens.These results showed that NICNA,NICNB1 and NICNBH1 were required for N.lugens growth and reproduction.The negative effects of NICNB1 silence on nymph mortality (97%),molting malformation (90%) and female sterile (50%)were more serious than those of NICNA or NICNBH1.qRT-PCR and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analyses indicated that the nymphs with silenced NICNA,NICNB1 or NICNBH1 showed impaired hormone and energy metabolism.In nymphs,the contents of 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E) after NICNB1 RNAi and phenoloxidase after NICNA RNAi were particularly decreased.These results suggested that NICNA is involved in immunity of N.lugens by regulation of phenoloxidase,while NICNB1 may control the growth and development of N.lugens by 20E signaling pathway in addition to interact with CNA.Injection of 70 ng/μL dsNICNB1 resulted in 77.0% down regulation of NICNB1,and the nymph mortality was up to 57.9% at 10 d after injection.Therefore,NICNB1 could be a potential candidate target used for strategy design in control of N.lugens.Our results revealed the importance of CN in the regulation of the growth and development of N.lugens,which provided a basis for further study of the molecular mechanism of CN.

为适应新形势下水土保持改革发展的需要,按照水利部水土保持信息化工作的总体部署,围绕江苏省水土保持信息化建设业务需求,全面推进水土保持信息化建设与服务,江苏省水文水资源勘测局组织开发了江苏省水土保持监测与管理信息系统.系统服务于省、市、县水利系统和水土保持技术服务单位,建成了上下贯通、信息共享、完善高效的水土保持业务数据采集、传输、交换和发布体系,全面提升了水土保持决策、管理和服务水平.
晋陕蒙接壤地区生态环境脆弱、资源开发密集,资源禀赋优异与生态环境脆弱的矛盾突出.水土保持补偿费的征收使用,关系着水土保持事业的规范发展,调节着生产生态的平衡发展.依工作实践,对晋陕蒙接壤地区水土保持补偿费征收使用存在的山西省相关制度建设不完善、县级返还缺乏保障、补偿费使用不够科学、补偿费征收管理宽松、煤炭开采期水土保持补偿费标准偏低等问题进行探讨,并提出建议.
坡耕地是水土流失的主要源地,梯田作为治理坡耕地水土流失的主要工程措施,在甘肃打赢改善生态环境、发展农业经济攻坚战中发挥着重要的作用.针对坡耕地治理中存在的问题,提出了建设高标准梯田工程,满足农业机械化作业要求;因地制宜,尊重规律,统筹规划,突出重点;需求引领,科学布局,面向民生,注重效益;协同农业特色产业与高质量发展的梯田建设原则.研究表明,截至2019年底,甘肃省还有152.18万hm2坡耕地需要治理、57.51万hm2的老旧梯田需要提升改造.在今后的工作中,应以梯田工程建设为平台,充分发挥梯田建设多功
以安徽绩溪抽水蓄能电站下库左坝肩边坡修复工程为例,在边坡修复工程完成2年后,对采用植被混凝土厚层基材生态防护技术(TBS)和种植槽护坡绿化技术(ESS)的边坡土壤养分进行了测定,同时应用构建的土壤综合养分评分指标体系分析了土壤养分的整体水平.结果表明,采用TBS技术修复的3个边坡样地土壤中有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量等养分指标及土壤综合养分水平均高于采用ESS技术修复的3个边坡样地,说明采用含基材客土进行修复能有效改善抽水蓄能电站工程扰动边坡的土壤环境.此外,土壤有机质、全氮、速效
藜麦是藜科植物,能适应不同类型的土壤和气候条件,它富含蛋白质、脂类、纤维、维生素和矿物质,必需氨基酸含量均衡,营养价值高,引起了动物营养学家的广泛关注.藜麦的蛋白质种类中不含谷蛋白,这一特性使乳糜泻患者能使用它.尽管藜麦具有这些特性,但由于进口谷物成本高,且关于其在动物生产上的研究有限,限制了其作为饲料原料在动物上的应用,因此,本文对藜麦的理化组成、营养价值和抗营养特性进行综述,以期为相关人员提供参考.
通过对天水市2012—2018年水资源总量及用水量的现状调查,利用水资源生态足迹模型计算了天水市2012—2018年水资源生态足迹、生态承载力、生态盈亏状况,预测了天水市2030年水资源生态足迹及生态承载力、水生态盈亏情况,得出了水资源将成为天水市经济发展的主要限制因素.建议:提高水资源保护意识和利用效率,优化水资源配置;构建创新型用水管理制度,转变发展思路;向全社会宣传节约资源的理念,积极保护生态环境.
