Readers’ decision-making purchasing (PDA) is an important collection mode that has swept the American university library in recent years and is widely used in the construction of electronic books. By analyzing its background, development status and typical cases, this article discusses its implications on the development of the library and its enlightenment and reference for the construction of our university library.
