工学结合人才培养模式已成为国际职教界公认的应用型人才培养途径。工学结合的人才培养模式目前在高职教育之中有着很大的发展,本文主要从近年来我国工学结合人才培养模式发展状况出发,探讨了高职教育工学结合人才培养模式改革途径:发挥政府主体作用;提升课程模式,打造系统化课程;密切联系行业内企业,构筑人才培养模式平台;在教学模式上,实行行动导向的教学模式。
The combination of work and study has become a recognized training path for applied talents in the international vocational education community. At present, there is a great development in the mode of the combination of work and study in higher vocational education. In this paper, starting from the development of the combination of work and study in our country in recent years, this paper explores the ways of reform in vocational education combined with work- Role; enhance the curriculum model, to create a systematic curriculum; close contact with enterprises in the industry, to build a platform for personnel training mode; in teaching mode, the implementation of action-oriented teaching mode.
