近日有外电报道称,巴基斯坦海军正计划从中国采购6艘常规潜艇,同时有意与中国联合研制新型潜艇,以提高自身水下作战能力。根据草拟合约,巴购潜艇中有4艘由中国造船厂生产,另外2艘则由中国帮助在巴基斯坦建造。报道还称,巴基斯坦计划采购潜艇的详细信息尚不得而知,但有知情人士透露,伊斯兰堡需要的是加装不依赖空气推进系统(AIP)的先进潜艇。本文无意对上述报道是否属实加以评论,仅就巴基斯坦及其重要邻国印度潜艇力量的建立和发展情况进行简要分析和介绍。
Recently, foreign reports said that the Pakistani navy is planning to procure 6 conventional submarines from China and intends to jointly develop a new type of submarine with China to enhance its own underwater combat capability. Under the draft contract, four of the Pakistani submarines were produced by Chinese shipyards and the other two were built by China with the help of Pakistani construction. The report also said that Pakistan plans to purchase details of the submarine is still unknown, but informed sources, Islamabad is required to install an advanced air-to-air propulsion system (AIP) advanced submarine. This article is not intended to comment on whether these reports are true or not. Only a brief analysis and introduction is made on the establishment and development of India’s submarine forces in Pakistan and its neighboring countries.
