文章以环境音乐的节奏、速度以及强弱等音乐特性为基础,筛选出具有代表性的两组乐曲,采用在生产现场播放的方法,以工人加工产品的数量为指标,研究不同环境音乐对工人作业情绪、操作积极性的影响,并探索环境音乐与特定工作场所和生产效率的联系。研究结果表明,音乐的节奏对该试验车间生产效率的影响最为显著,中板环境音乐可显著缓解操作工的作业疲劳,创造愉悦的工作氛围,并使其平均生产效率提高了2.92%。
Based on the music characteristics such as tempo, speed and strength of environmental music, the article screened two representative sets of music and adopted the method of playing on the production site. Using the quantity of processed products of workers as an index, the article studied the effects of different environmental music on workers Working mood, motivation, and exploring the connection between environmental music and specific workplace and productivity. The results show that the rhythm of music has the most significant impact on the production efficiency of the pilot plant. The mid-plate ambient music can significantly relieve operator fatigue, create a pleasant working atmosphere and increase the average production efficiency by 2.92%.
