随着现代混凝土技术的进步,做为能够抑制混凝土因塑性收缩、干燥收缩等因素而引起的微裂纹的聚丙烯纤维混凝土越来越受人们重视,在工程实践中得到越来越多的应用。而在实践中聚丙烯纤维混凝土施工起来难度较大,尤其对于需要较高和易性的高耐久性混凝土,影响其施工质量的因素更是复杂。因此对于聚丙烯纤维混凝土的配合比设计尤其要引起重视,同时为了衡量纤维混凝土抗裂性能的好坏,应用平板约束法验证聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗裂性。
With the progress of modern concrete technology, polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete (CFRP) as a microcrack that can restrain concrete shrinkage due to plasticity, drying shrinkage and other factors has drawn more and more attention, and has been applied more and more in engineering practice. In practice, polypropylene fiber concrete construction is more difficult, especially for high durability concrete that requires high workability, the factors that affect the quality of its construction is more complicated. Therefore, the proportion of polypropylene fiber concrete design should pay particular attention to, and in order to measure the crack resistance of fiber reinforced concrete is good or bad, the application of plate restraint method to verify the crack resistance of polypropylene fiber concrete.
