本实验研究了伤寒菌Vi-OMPs复合物的制备方法及其免疫原性。此复合物能使小鼠产生良好的抗体反应并对伤寒菌的攻击具有保护作用。皮下一次接种2.5μg蛋白(含2.SμgVi),便能使小鼠耐受15000LD50伤寒活菌的攻击。3名志愿者皮下接种后,未发现有任何全身反应,局部反应与伤寒Vi菌苗相似。人体对Vi—OMPs的抗体产生良好,一免和二免后NC抗体和Vi抗体均升高4倍以上,二免后3年抗体水平仍保持在免前的8倍和3.18倍。
The experimental study of the preparation of typhi Vi-OMPs complexes and immunogenicity. This compound can make mice produce a good antibody response and have a protective effect against the attack of typhoid bacteria. Inoculation of 2.5μg of protein (containing 2.SμgVi) for the next time allowed the mice to tolerate 15,000 LD50 of live attenuated typhoid fever. Three volunteers were vaccinated subcutaneously and found no systemic reaction. The local response was similar to that of Typhi Vi vaccine. Antibody production of Vi-OMPs in human body was good. The antibody levels of NC and Vi were increased more than 4-fold after one and two immunizations, respectively.
