Objective To analyze the influence of productive noise on the cardiovascular system and hearing of workers in shipbuilding enterprises. Methods A total of 920 workers exposed to noise were selected as the contact group and 900 workers were exposed to the noise as the control group. Blood pressure, electrocardiogram (ECG) and pure tone electrical audiometry were performed according to Technical Specifications for Occupational Health Monitoring (GBZ 188-2014) Those who have hearing loss off-grid 48 h pure tone electrical audiometry review. Results The incidence of symptoms such as tinnitus, palpitations, deafness and headache in the exposure group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05 or 0.01). The incidence of hypertension, myocardial damage and hearing loss were higher in the contact group. The detection rate of male hearing loss in contact group was 20.76%, which was higher than that in female group (P <0.01). The frequency of hearing loss and high frequency hearing loss both increased with the increase of seniority (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in hearing loss between groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Noise has some influence on blood pressure and electrocardiogram of workers in shipbuilding enterprises. Effective measures should be taken to prevent it.
