对双曲扁壳覆盖件的抗凹性问题从试验和理论两个方面进行了研究。为了定量描述抗凹刚度,利用扁壳理论建立了基本刚度参数计算公式;应用几何非线性有限元方法建立了大位移阶段双曲扁壳覆盖件横向载荷和凹陷位移的定量关系,与试验结果符合良好。并在此基础上提出了大位移抗凹刚度定量评估检验准则和局部凹痕抗力定量评估指标。上述定量评估指标和检验准则可用于预测和综合评价这类覆盖件的抗凹性,为汽车车身覆盖件的优化设计、合理选材和优化工艺提供理论指导。
The anti-concave property of the double-curved flat-shell cover is studied from both experimental and theoretical aspects. In order to quantitatively describe the anti-concave stiffness, a formula for calculating the basic stiffness parameters is established by using the theory of flat shells. The quantitative relationship between the lateral load and the sag displacement of the hyperbolic flat-shell cover in the large displacement phase is established by using the geometric nonlinear finite element method. good. On this basis, the quantitative evaluation test criterion of large displacement anti-concave rigidity and the quantitative evaluation index of local dent resistance are proposed. The above quantitative assessment index and test criterion can be used to predict and comprehensively evaluate the anti-concave performance of such covers, and provide theoretical guidance for the optimization design, reasonable material selection and optimization of automobile body coverings.
