为了研究螺旋滚筒截割煤岩体的截割机理,运用Pro/E和LS-DYNA建立了螺旋滚筒截割煤岩体的三维仿真有限元模型,并对截割过程进行了动态仿真模拟。由仿真结果可知:螺旋滚筒在截割煤岩体时,煤岩体局部首先受到挤压和截齿的截割而出现裂纹和崩落,随着螺旋滚筒的继续进刀和裂纹的继续扩展,最终出现大块煤岩体崩落;螺旋滚筒截割煤岩体所受的截割阻力呈对称周期性的作用在截齿上,且三向力波动状态相似;螺旋滚筒截割煤岩体的功率随负载也出现波动;煤单元在从煤岩体崩落前出现重复破碎。该项研究为螺旋滚筒截割煤岩体的动态建模和仿真提供了新思路。
In order to study the cutting mechanism of coal and rock mass cut by spiral drum, a three-dimensional finite element model of coal and rock cut by spiral drum was established by Pro / E and LS-DYNA. The cutting simulation was simulated. From the simulation results, it can be known that when the spiral drum is cutting the coal and rock mass, the coal and rock bodies are firstly cracked and crashed due to the extrusion and the cutting of the picks. This study provides a new idea for the dynamic modeling and simulation of coal and rock mass cut by spiral drum.
