药物药物能影响出生前胎儿的发育;或者妨碍胚胎发生或借药理的作用影响发育中的胎儿器官。不论是作用的特异性或是流行病学资料来看,药物如:反应停致畸形是肯定的。此药能引起肢体的缺陷,智力障碍,眼和耳的缺陷,面瘫和视力障碍,但其作用机理尚不清楚。抗有丝分裂药物通过叶酸的拮抗作用
Drug drugs can affect the development of prenatal fetuses; or interfere with embryogenesis or pharmacological effects on developing fetal organs. Whether it is the role of specificity or epidemiological data, drugs such as: response to deformity is sure. The drug can cause limb defects, mental retardation, eye and ear defects, facial paralysis and visual impairment, but its mechanism of action is not yet clear. Antagonistic effect of anti-mitotic drugs on folic acid
