目的了解我省医用辐射防护现状,推进全省医用辐射防护监测网络数据信息平台建设,科学实施医疗机构放射诊疗防护监督管理,保障从业人员及公众的健康安全。方法根据国家放射卫生防护相关的法律法规和标准,采取现场问卷调查、现场放射诊疗设备防护与质量控制检测及实验室个人剂量监测相结合方式。结果医疗单位的放射诊疗许可持证率为100%;放射防护用品的配备率为100%;放射工作人员职业健康检查、个人剂量监测及建档率均为99%;放射治疗设备二次调整后的监测结果合格率为100%。结论建立医用辐射防护监测网,可实现医用辐射防护监测信息网络直报,对加强卫生监督工作的技术支撑能力建设,共享监测信息,提高放射诊疗防护监管水平有积极促进作用。
Objective To understand the status quo of medical radiation protection in our province, promote the construction of data and information platform of medical radiation protection monitoring network in the province, scientifically implement the supervision and administration of radiation medical treatment and protection of medical institutions, and ensure the health and safety of practitioners and the public. Methods According to the national laws and regulations related to radiation protection, we conducted a field survey, on-site radiotherapy equipment protection and quality control testing and laboratory personal dose monitoring. Results The medical unit’s rate of licensed radiotherapy and medical examination was 100%; the rate of radiological equipment was 100%; the occupational health examination, personal dose monitoring and filing rate of radiological staff were both 99%; after radiotherapy equipment was adjusted twice The monitoring results pass rate of 100%. Conclusion Establishing the medical radiation protection monitoring network can directly report the medical radiation protection monitoring information network, which plays a positive role in enhancing the technical support capacity of health supervision, sharing the monitoring information and improving the supervision level of radiation treatment and treatment.
