在兔心乳头肌上1SOC明显抑制肾上腺素诱发自律性作用及延长有效不应期,此种作用可能与其抗心律失常作用有关。对其收缩性及兴奋性亦有一定影响。
1SOC significantly inhibited epinephrine-induced autonomic effects and prolonged effective refractory period on rabbit papillary muscles, which may be related to its antiarrhythmic effect. It also has some effect on its contractility and excitability.
