中国煤炭学会开采专业委员会、中国煤炭学会东北分会开采专业委员会与通化矿务局煤炭学会联合召开的全国煤矿矿井技术改造学术讨论会于1986年8月7日—12日在通化矿务局举行。参加会议的有76个单位132名代表,共交流、报告了论文资料42篇。会议交流了矿井技术改造的经验,认为矿井技术改造要依靠科学技术进步,用新技术、新工艺、新装备和新方法对生产矿井进行技术改造,以迅速提高煤炭产量和矿井生产的技术经济指标,改善矿井的安全生产条件,增强抗灾应变能力,改变矿井的技术面貌。
China Coal Mining Commission, Coal Mining Association Northeast Branch Mining Commission and Coal Mining Society Tonghua Coal Mining Seminar held in the national coal mine technological transformation in August 7, 1986 -12 at the Tonghua Mining Bureau.
