白内障硅胶摘出术,文献报告均是采用硅胶丸摘出法。我院1983年来采用硅胶棒做白内障囊内摘出术,效果很好,报告如下。1 临床资料与方法1.1 硅胶棒的来源 我院所用的硅胶棒系解放军第四十四医院眼科卢汉儒医生研制的。硅胶颗粒呈扁圆形,直径4～5mm,上连塑料杆,杆长50mm,形如一根火柴。经高温干燥消毒,封装于管形安瓿内,每安瓿1支,截开安瓿取出硅胶棒即可使用。1.2 硅胶棒的使用方法 术前准备、麻醉、角巩膜切口与冷冻法相同。虹膜均为周边切除。由助手提起角膜瓣,用棉签沾去晶体表面的水份,术者一手用虹
