单层球面和柱面网壳结构的承载能力已有不少研究,但双层球面网壳的力学特性和失效机理的研究很少涉及。基于此,系统地研究了4种不同矢跨比双层凯威特球面网壳的失效机理和破坏过程,考察了多个力学指标来评估网壳的力学性能,如变形能力、总应变能、总弹/塑性应变能和屈服杆件数等。捕捉了4种矢跨比网壳的杆件失效过程和失效机理的差异。计算结论可为双层球面网壳结构的设计提供参考与借鉴。
Many studies have been conducted on the bearing capacity of single-layer spherical and cylindrical reticulated shell structures, but few studies have dealt with the mechanical properties and failure mechanisms of double-layer spherical reticulated shells. Based on this, the failure mechanism and failure process of four kinds of double-layer kayweed spherical reticulated domes are systematically studied. Several mechanical indexes are investigated to evaluate the mechanical properties of the reticulated shell such as deformation capacity, total strain energy, Total elastic / plastic strain energy and the number of yield rods. The differences between failure mechanism and failure mechanism of four kinds of skewed spider shells are captured. The calculation conclusion can provide references for the design of double-layer spherical reticulated shell structure.
