疼痛是妇科疾病的主要症状之一。一般讲妇科疼痛可分为急性及慢性两种。急性腹痛亦称为急腹症。一、妇科急腹症包括以下几种类型1.急性炎症。2.血运障碍所致疼痛,如卵巢囊肿蒂扭转,输卵管积水扭转,子宫扭转,子宫肌瘤蒂扭转,子宫肌瘤红色变性等。3.生殖器官穿孔或破裂,如异位妊娠所致腹腔内出血,卵泡破裂所致内出血,卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂,卵巢囊肿破裂,手术操作或其它原因引起的子宫穿孔腹腔内出血等。4.阻塞性疼痛,流产,粘膜下肌瘤,人流术后宫颈粘连所致经血倒流,处女膜闭锁等。5.其它:如痛经。
