这是一些特殊的青少年,他们或啃老、或生活无着、或没有工作、或没有本地户口,他们大多生活在社会底层,没有奋斗的目标和信仰。他们身处我国改革发展转型的特殊历史时期,在多种矛盾突显、多元文化交织、贫富差距不断拉大的社会发展现阶段,他们渴望拥有体面的工作、渴望融入城市生活,可他们又急功近利,不愿艰苦付出,再加上信仰和道德教育的缺失,当理想与现实发生冲突时,他们便容易对社会产生或多或少的怨气。这样的人群一旦遭遇挫折和突发事件,容易感情用事。关心和安抚这一人群是我们建设和谐社会的题中应有之意。解决这一人群的问题需要政府和全社会的共同努力。本期刊发的这组文章,从人文关怀的视角反映了这一人群的生存现状;并以天津、北京为例,探索执法机关、社会慈善机构帮扶这一人群工作的新模式。
These are special adolescents who either eat old or live without their own or do not have jobs or have no local hukou. Most live in the bottom of society with no purpose or belief in their struggle. At a special historical stage in the transformation and reform of our country, they are eager to have decent work and long for integration into urban life at the present stage of social development with many kinds of contradictions, multiple cultures and widening gap between the rich and the poor. However, they are quick success , Unwilling to pay hard, coupled with the lack of faith and moral education, when the ideal and the reality of conflict, they are more likely to social more or less grievances. Such people in the event of setbacks and emergencies, emotional easy. To care for and comfort this group of people is what we mean in building a harmonious society. The solution to this problem requires the joint efforts of the government and the whole society. This series of articles published in this issue reflects the current status quo of this group of people from the perspective of humane care. Taking Tianjin and Beijing as an example, this group explores new modes of law enforcement agencies and social charities that help this group work.
