以某余热锅炉入口烟道流场为研究对象,建立了多通道入口烟道的三维数值计算模型,采用标准k-ε湍流模型,压力速度耦合采用SIMPLE算法,方程离散采用二阶迎风差分格式,计算获得了余热锅炉多通道入口烟道内部流场的分布情况,提出了加装导流板对流场进行优化的措施。计算结果表明:在相同的进口尺寸条件下,采用多通道小扩张角烟道流场优于单烟道结构的烟道流场,在入口烟道内布置导流板可显著提高入口烟道内烟气流场的均匀性,随着烟速的增加,导流板对速度均匀性的改善作用有所减弱。
A three-dimensional numerical model of multichannel inlet chimney was established for a flue gas flow field at a boiler inlet. A standard k-ε turbulence model was adopted and SIMPLE algorithm was used for pressure-velocity coupling. The second-order upwind difference scheme was used to discretize the equations. The distribution of the flow field inside the multi-channel inlet chimney of the waste heat boiler was calculated and the measures to improve the flow field were proposed. The calculation results show that the flow field of multi-channel small-expansion angle flue is better than that of single-flue structure under the same inlet size, and the baffles arranged in the inlet flue can significantly increase the flue gas in the inlet flue The uniformity of the flow field, with the increase of smoke velocity, the effect of deflector on the improvement of velocity uniformity is weakened.
