In 2006, a graduate student association organized a visit to five famous universities in Hong Kong for academic exchange visits. On the one hand, it explores new ways of social practice. On the other hand, it strives to broaden academic horizons in limited schools and regional spaces to increase knowledge and ability. In the group process, the interview focused more on registering the academic achievements and economic ability of the students. There was no focus on their teamwork and collaboration skills. Some members were even recruited on the basis of “mate relations”. At the same time, according to the principle of not exceeding one third of the total number of students in the group, only the two students responsible for organizing the event and their superior J joined the group. In addition, all team members are out of the country for the first time and are basically at their own expense.
