我厂生产“昆明”牌汽车以来,先后对驾驶室作了多次修改,现已基本定型。新驾驶室顶盖、后围上、下段、翼子板及车门均为拉伸件。为了适应我厂生产的需要,结合我厂的设备情况,只有单动压床,对上述几种零件作了分析比较,分别采用了不同结构的模具:如驾驶室顶盖、后围上、下段采用大型铁木结构拉延模;驾驶室底板采用铁木结构的拉型模;而驾驶室左右门则采用以钢模为主的压模(其中应用了一部分塑料和木材),均取得了较好的效果。
