对盾构机进行受力平衡分析对于有效地控制地表变形和降低盾构掘进过程中的能源消耗是十分重要的。采用解析方法研究了盾构机掘进过程中的受力状态;研究了掘进工作面土压力、盾壳摩擦阻力和刀盘切刀贯入阻力的解析计算方法。研究表明,掘进工作面土压力阻力大约为盾壳与周围土体摩擦阻力的一半;而刀盘切刀贯入阻力为掘进工作面土压力阻力的20%左右。
Bearing balance analysis of shield machine is very important for controlling surface deformation effectively and reducing energy consumption during shield tunneling. The analytic method was used to study the mechanical state of shield machine during the driving process. Analytical methods to calculate the earth pressure, the frictional resistance of shield shell and the penetration resistance of cutterhead were studied. The research shows that the earth pressure resistance of the heading face is about half of the frictional resistance between the shield shell and the surrounding soil. The cutting resistance of the cutterhead is about 20% of the earth pressure resistance of the heading face.
