新发现的重庆图书馆藏《通志》纸背文献中明弘治十三年(1500年)前后的查点囚兵公文,记录了直隶地区各巡检司旧管、新收、开除、实在囚兵的信息。本文通过缀合其中三件公文,复原并解读了此类公文的书式。认为新发现的明代查点囚兵公文,揭示了查点囚兵的工作机构,还原了查点囚兵的工作流程,反映了查点囚兵工作的具体要求和规定,有助于深化对明代查点囚兵工作的研究。
The newly discovered documentary records of the prisoners in the “Tongzhi” paper back and forth from the newly discovered Chongqing Library in the thirteen years (1500) of Ming Hongzhi recorded the old pipe, newly collected and expelled, and actually imprisoned prisoners in the Zhili region Soldier’s information. This article reconciles and interprets the style of such official documents by combining three official documents. It considers that the newly discovered official documents of the DPP in the Ming Dynasty revealed the working mechanism of the investigation of DPP prisoners and restored the workflow of the investigation of DPP prisoners and reflected the specific requirements and provisions of the work of inspecting and inspecting prisoners. This will help to deepen the understanding of the Ming Dynasty Research on the Work of Checkpoint Officers.
