系统地研究了酚醛树脂覆膜砂的强韧化措施 ,研制了一种高效强韧剂。在覆膜过程中加入它 ,可使覆膜砂常温强度和热韧度分别提高大约 35 %和 12 5 %。研究表明 ,选择优质原材料、优化覆膜工艺、严格控制覆膜砂的固化程度均有利于提高覆膜砂的韧性
The toughening measures of phenolic resin coated sand were systematically studied and a kind of high efficient toughening agent was developed. Adding it during the filming process can increase the room temperature strength and hot toughness of the coated sand by about 35% and 125% respectively. Studies have shown that the choice of high-quality raw materials, optimize the coating process, and strictly control the degree of curing of coated sand are conducive to improve the toughness of coated sand
