本人从事园林行业10多年来,对园林发展方向;如公建项目,房产项目以及BT项目模式已经无法适应市场。在新型城镇化战略不断推进,园林行业发展正步入新阶段。特别是模式的引入,让曾经备受回款制约的园林企业有望焕发生机。自去年以来,A股园林类上市公司纷纷试水PPP模式,订单累计投资额已达数百亿元。业内人士认为,市政景观工程建设市场未来将蕴藏千亿级的订单,PPP模式的推广将使园林企业突破原有商业模式,获得更多发展机遇。
