随着我国改革开放的不断深化,“城市化”步伐显著加快,高层建筑越来越多,在满足办公、商业、居住方面发挥了重要作用,但目前我国高层建筑施工管理还存在着一些不容忽视的问题,在一定程度上影响了高层建筑施工质量和安全。本文以高层建筑施工管理中常见问题为研究对象,首先分析了高层建筑的特点,然后对高层建筑施工管理的常见问题进行了梳理,就如何加强高层建筑施工管理提出了相应的对策和建议。
With the continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up, the pace of “urbanization” has accelerated noticeably and more and more high-rise buildings have played an important role in satisfying office, commercial and residential areas. However, there are still some problems that can not be ignored in the management of high-rise buildings in our country The problem, to a certain extent, affected the construction quality and safety of high-rise buildings. This article takes the common problems in high-rise building construction management as the research object. Firstly, it analyzes the characteristics of high-rise buildings. Then it sorts out the common problems of high-rise building construction management and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the construction management of high-rise buildings.
