春季干旱少雨是我省历年来的自然特点。水利条件较差或没有水源的地方,常因土地失墒不能适时播种,有的春田夏种造成减产。因此,防止春旱就成为春耕播种季节的突出任务,也是夺取农业丰收的重要环节。要立足于抗旱夺丰收,未旱先防。防止春旱,积极有效的办法,就是根据不同时期的气候特点,掌握土壤水份的变化规律,抓好秋耕等一系列耕作措施,把土壤水份保蓄起来。综合各地经验主要是:
