体面劳动的发端和变迁有其深刻的社会根源和制度根源,因其具有道德合理性、符合社会公共利益、回应社会生产的实践需求和顺应可持续发展的规律等特点而极富生命力,颇具理论与实践价值。笔者认为,体面劳动的实现需要构建一个企业发挥主体力量、政府承担主导责任、工会发挥协调作用的三方协同联动机制。企业要勇于承担社会责任,推动实现劳动者体面劳动一是积极推进企业社会责任的法制化进程,将企业社会责任与公司治理结构相结合。《公司法》应继续强调企业必须承担基本的社会责
