民间借贷的风险防范一直是学术界与实务界的热点问题。如何有效防范与降低民间借贷可能带来的风险,引导其健康发展尤为重要。本文通过分析当前我国民间借贷纠纷的特点,以此探讨如何治理和管控民间借贷风险的措施建议,力图为民间借贷风险防范领域献计献策。
The risk prevention of private lending has always been a hot issue in academia and practice. How to effectively prevent and reduce the risks that private lending may bring and guide their healthy development is particularly important. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the current civil disputes in our country, this paper explores how to manage and control the risk of private lending measures and tries hard to offer suggestions for the prevention of private lending risk.
