党的十四届三中全会指出:“建立现代企业制度,是发展社会化大生产和市场经济的必然要求,是我国国有企业改革的方向”。但现有国有企业如何实施向现代企业制度的转变?怎样从实际出发去操作?这是一个普遍关心而亟待解决的问题,看法也不尽一致。下面发表的是我们约请李进兴同志所写的文章,是有代表性的一种意见。
The Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee pointed out: “The establishment of a modern enterprise system is an inevitable requirement for the development of socialized large-scale production and market economy, and is the direction of China’s state-owned enterprise reform.” However, how can existing state-owned enterprises implement the transition to a modern enterprise system and how to proceed from reality? This is a problem that is generally concerned and urgently needed to be solved, and the views are not consistent. The following is an opinion that we have asked to write about Comrade Li Jinxing. It is a representative opinion.
