The use of geographical and resource advantages to form its own collection of features has become a major feature of the current development of university libraries. How to effectively integrate these resources and build a document center has become a new measure for the development of university libraries in northeast China. This article systematically expounds the advantages of university libraries in establishing anti-united literature and information center in Northeast China, analyzes the difficulties encountered in the construction of university libraries, and provides reference for the establishment of Northeast Anti-Federation Literature and Information Center in university libraries in Northeast China.
