端午节是我国人民的传统节日,现在端午节更是中华文化的一种象征。从2008年起,端午节成为国家法定节假日。国家非常重视非物质文化遗产的保护,2006年5月20日,该民俗经国务院批准列入《第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录》。2009年9月30日在阿联酋首都阿布扎比召开的联合国教科文组织保护非物质文化遗产政府间委员会会议决定:中国端午节成功入选《世界人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录》。
Dragon Boat Festival is the traditional festival of our people, and now the Dragon Boat Festival is a symbol of Chinese culture. Since 2008, Dragon Boat Festival has become a national legal holiday. The state attaches great importance to the protection of intangible cultural heritage. On May 20, 2006, the folklore was listed in the “List of the First National Intangible Cultural Heritage” by the State Council. September 30, 2009 UAE Cultural Heritage held in Abu Dhabi, the United Nations Intergovernmental Committee for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage decided: China Dragon Boat Festival successfully selected “world list of human intangible cultural heritage masterpiece.”
