To investigate the role of cisplatin-based chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer, Meta-analysis was performed on published data from randomized controlled trials to evaluate the efficacy and survival rate of the treatment. Literature searches are carried out in Medline, CancerLit, Healthstar and the Cochrane Library.
