黄晖上海天律信息技术有限公司董事长1987考入北京外国语学院博士研究生(导师许国璋教授)1996年获美国北卡罗菜纳大学博士学位,同年任教于鲁汶大学,2000年获终生教职亲自主持设计和组织开发出中国第一套大型统计分析和数据挖掘软件;马克威分析系统,为中国填补了一项空白。2003年代表上海参加全国侨联新侨创业成功人士经验交流会,并当选为中国侨联华商会常务理事。
